2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and can be based anywhere.

3. The prize is two Taj Traveller tours with On the Go, valid until 1st July 2014.

4. By entering the contest, entrants, consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and/or image for publicity purposes in all media carried out by Flight Centre Group and On the Go Tours without payment or compensation.

5. All entries shall become the property of On the Go Tours and Flight Centre UK Ltd (gapyear.com is part of the Flight Centre Group), and their directors, officers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies are not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost or destroyed.

6. This competition is not open to employees of gapyear.com, On the Go Tours & Flight Centre UK Ltd, their families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

7. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

8. gapyear.com and its partners reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

9. The decisions of the contest judges are final. The prize must be accepted as awarded.

10. The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time.

11. Entries must be submitted by the named entrant and will be invalid if found to come from a third party. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

12. For name of the prize winner, please check the gapyear.com website after Wednesday 31 July 2013.

13. All winners will be required to purchase flights and take out adequate travel insurance for the duration of their trip.

14. Entry to the competition is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.
