Mortgage Brokers in London

Hi
I'm looking for a No Fee/Low Fee, Independent/Whole Of Market broker to arrange mortgage for buying in London.
I know brokers aren't allowed to advertise on here so please PM me if you think you can help me.
If any posters can personally recommend one, then even better.
Thanks,

You might want to post some basic information as to what you are looking for to get some responses.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks for that GMS.
Story is as follows: I've got a BTL property fully paid off and currently rented out. Would like to remortgage it and then use the funds as a deposit for another BTL.
So basically I need 2 BTL mortgages, one a remortgage and one a new mortgage.
I also have a residential mortgage which is almost fully paid off (have £800 left on the mortgage). Left this nominal amount outstanding with the clever (or not so clever) idea that it may make things easier for me if I ever wanted to borrow more money in future from the provider.
Credit rating is quite high - 900+ - but I'm a contractor with less than 6 months to go on my current contract.
Hope that helps!!!0 -
Broker should be able to help you with this.
Hopefully somebody will be along to recommend a broker in your area with experience of BTL.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
