money group

hi, i have been contact by the money group, to do a debt management plan, has anyone else had any dealings with them, and is there any negatives to doing the plan.

thanks in advice for any advice

    just to say you can do it yourself cheaper and better and use this site for plenty of advice. I did mine myself and cleared it way quicker than my friend who did a DMP with payplan with similar circumstances

    I don't know anything about this group but a quick look at their website tells me they charge for the service that you can get for free from organisations like Step Change, CAB or Payplan. Don't use them. Go with a free service and see all your money paying off your debts instead.

    I am on a DMP with Step Change and have found it to be a real lifesaver. Your credit rating will be rubbish and you won't be able to get more credit but do you really want it anyway?
