Giving up the fags

Have decided I really must do it. Not only for health reasons but I calculated how much I spend on destroying my health. Roughly £45-50 a week
Been thinking, if I had a £50 note in my hand would I set light to it and breathe in the fumes ?? NO WAY. Its utter madness.
I have stopped for two years before but stupidly started again so I know I can do it.

I will not be a slave to fags

Good for you. Give it a good try. I've been fag free for... about ten-eleven years, I've honestly lost count. I had to give up loads of times before I finally cracked it. I'd never go back now.

Good for you! What would you like to do with £2500 a year instead?

Great decision! Hope you manage to crack it. Changing any long-term habit is hard.

Keep your mind busy. Simple as that, to cover the habit.

Not sure about the nicotine addiction though.
