Claiming back Australian Tax??

Hello,
I was just wondering does anybody know any reliable websites where I can claim back tax from my time working in Australia? I have tried to do it through the official government website but they require an Australian bank account and I don't have time to go through all of the paperwork.
I am willing to pay a company to do it for me, as long as I can trust them!!
