I have put the end date as 30/09/13 as this is when the main draw closes HOWEVER any codes entered after this and up until 01/04/2015 will go into a draw to win an extra one of 200 lipglosses.

Conditions of Entry

1. Please read these conditions carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions.
2. The promoter is A.G. BARR p.l.c. (Company No. SC005653) of Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld G68 9HD (we, our, us).
3. Who can enter: You can enter this promotion if you are a legal resident of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man or Channel Islands and aged 18 or over. Entry is not open to: (i) our employees or their immediate families; or (ii) anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. We may require any information that we consider reasonably necessary in order to verify your eligibility.
4. Main Promotion: The main promotion (the Main Promotion) opens on 1 July 2013 and closes on 30 September 2013 (the Main Promotion Period). There is a minimum of 576,000 Bourjois Paris Effet 3D lipglosses available to be won during the Main Promotion Period.
5. Additional Draw: We will hold an additional draw on 1 April 2015 (the Additional Draw) for any valid entries received between 1 October 2013 and 31 March 2015 (the Additional Draw Period). There are 200 Bourjois Paris Effet 3D Lipglosses available to be won in the Additional Draw.
6. How to enter: We are running this promotion in connection with the following products: Orangina 2 litre promotional bottles, Orangina 500ml promotional bottles and promotional multipacks of 6+2 x 330ml cans of Orangina. You will need internet access in order to enter.
   To enter:
   • Buy one of these products;
   • Find the unique 8 digit entry code printed on the reverse of your bottle label or can ring-pull; and
   • Visit www.wakeupyourlips.co.uk to enter your code where indicated together with your name, date of birth and email address.
   Every promotional product has a 1 in 5 chance of having a winning code during the Main Promotion Period.
7. Please note that if you are a winner, you will be asked to rank the 3 lipgloss colours in order of preference. We will do our best to ensure that we can provide you with your 1st choice but we may not be able to do so. We may need to provide you with either your second or third choice. Please also note that the colours available may not match those colours which appear on the promotional packaging.
8. You must enter your code exactly as it appears on your promotional product. Each code is unique and must only be used once. Once entered, codes are rendered void for further entry attempts. You must not sell, auction or otherwise transfer your code. You must submit your own entry and must not use any software or other method to submit multiple entries.
9. Please hold on to winning promotional products as we may need to check them.
10. There is no cash or other prize alternative to the prize in whole or in part. We reserve the right to substitute for the prize an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value in the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control. A winner is not allowed to transfer the right to take up a prize to anyone else.
11. We carry out verification checks on winners to ensure they have not breached these conditions. Please note that if you win, it may take up to 28 days from the date on which you provide us with your postal address in accordance with condition 7 or 8 (as applicable) for your prize to arrive.
12. You will forfeit your prize if: (i) you do not provide us with your postal address in accordance with condition 7 or 8 (as applicable); (ii) we are unable to contact you having made reasonable efforts to do so; (iii) you fail our verification checks; (iv) you are disqualified under condition 15; or (v) you are unable to accept your prize for any reason.
13. We reserve the right to disqualify you if you: (i) breach any of these conditions; or (ii) otherwise cheat or jeopardise the integrity of this promotion.
14. We reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel this promotion and/or vary these conditions without notice where we deem it absolutely necessary or in response to circumstances which arise outside our reasonable control.
15. Our decision is final on all matters related to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable to you in respect of your inability to enter due to: (i) problems with your internet connection or hardware; (ii) www.wakeupyourlips.co.uk being unavailable for any period of time; or (iii) any damage you cause to your code in opening your product.
