Knauf aquapanel on timber frame

Hi I'm just about to start building a timber frame house. I am looking at the possibility of doing away with the external skin of blockwork in favour of the knauf aquapanel system with a Marmorit render. A few people have mentioned that this may be an issue with mortgage lenders. I am an architect to and have specified this system before but haven't come across the potential mortgaging issues. I would grateful for any advice with this. Thank you
