Anyone else having problems with Ipsos Car Insurance Survey 1208229302002?

I completed a survey that required me to copy and paste the code behind insurance quotes from several websites., it promided

" For completing the exercise we are offering an incentive of £15 (in electronic vouchers) for completing this survey additionally to the standard number of points for completing the questionnaire.".

My account shows I've completed it, but I haven't had the £15 vouchers promised, despite chasing them on May 16, June 15, June 24, to be told each time that there was a delay in sending out the vouchers.

After my last email 4 days ago, they have said
"on further investigating this issue with the project team, it has been concluded for your account to be credited with 50 points for your interest in this particular survey, although your answers could not be processed and used for market research purposes"

Clearly not the case, as they agree I've completed it.

I'm surprised they are behaving like this, as I've found Ipsos to be my best survey site until now.

    I have not completed this survey but I've had the same problem with 2 or 3 surveys recently. Completed them, errors, then when I query (again and again) eventually I'm told I didn't complete it or my answers weren't acceptable and then I am palmed off with a small reward.
