What does SNWR stand for?

Hi hope you're all well. Wonder if anyone can help? I have noticed a few of the postal entries state you need to send your SNWR and I wondered what it stands for? I know it's probably something really straightforward and afterwards I will probably want to kick myself.

I think it is when texting, they say for example texts cost £1.50 + SNWR, which is your standard network rate, so for example if you normally pay 10p text.
