There is hope

Hubby and I have had some past credit problems and were sure we would never get a 100% mortgage (we dont have the savings for a 95% as much as we wouldve preferred). But after going through estate mortgage advisors and not having much luck with the amount we wanted, we were finally advised to see an independant mortgage advisor who could look right across the board for us and get us the best deal. Needless to say, we got the mortgage we wanted and we hope to have everything finalised and moved in the next few weeks.
