Interest only - rates given should I?

Hello
I've been with the same mortgage company for 12 years. Discount I had - has finished these are the new options.
SVR
Discount on SVR of 1.3% for 3 years so 5.45%
Fixed at 5.69% for 3 years + fee of £200
Tracking Base Rate + 1% - so currently 5.75%

0.3% makes a difference of a tenner on my mortgage.

So should I go else where - the man admitted that they do give special rates for preferential customers

There are definitley better rates out there than those quoted. What is the mortgage amount you are looking at? Who is your current lender?
