Orange/EE Late Payments at the end of minimum contract ruining mortgage / house move

I really don't recall stating I think it's Orange's fault.
I am trying to work out how a misunderstanding which we corrected as soon as we found out can have such an adverse affect on our lives.
I appreciate the help/advice though, thankyou ACG.0 -

You have 2 contractual agreements which went 3 months into arrears (according to your credit report in the eyes of the lender). They can only go off your past credit commitments as an idea of what you will be like as a customer going forward.
Some lenders are more lenient than others but Accord i personally find tend to be a bit anal about the smallest of things and im not overly surprised theyre not offering you a new mortgage.
