Mortgage Broker Commission from Nationwide

Hi there,
I'm looking at mortgage broker fees and one option is to pay a specific fee, but I get all commission paid back.
Can anyone shine any light on what Nationwide might pay an intermediary? Trying to understand my overall costs... The Mortgage is for a £209,955 house with an LTV of 75% (£157,500 total).
Will be asking them directly, but wanted a ballpark figure first if possible.

It varies depending on the deal the broker has with the lender.
As a ballpark i work to about 0.3% of the mortgage amount - £300 for every £100k.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
