I think it depends on how much is there. If its reasonable for living expenses and fees, yes, if its £5k etc then no!0

do you own any money to this bank?, if yes depending on your balance you can say it was to pay for your BR (currently £485) or admin costs to find a new rented house (mine was £185) or car needed filled with diesel/petrol.
As long as you can give a reasonable answer when asked you can tell them anything0 -
Well, I just took a grand out of mine, so will have to wait and see how that pans out.0
