May sound silly but do you think I have less chance with an email address with "shop" in? So for example: whatevershop@hotmail.co,uk

If the comp is being run fairly, as most are, it will be a verified random draw so the style of email should not make any difference to your odds of winning.0

My friend thinks differently, she has worked in various areas of PR and said that any comps she was aware of , were usually given to friends or staff or family . I feel the same about my email address, though it doesn't have shop or anything in it. I actually use 2 email addresses and despite comping "hard core" for several months, nada . I do not count irn bru sunglasses, or free cereal which has never appeared, bath set also never appeared, I did however get a mars sports kit that I had to chase up and was delivered yesterday after 6 weeks. I can only suggest to "keep the faith" , or "it's in the post" attitude because I hear of folk comping for ever before winning anything good.

no but my old email used to be bargain_beauty@...... and I still had wins, some sites don't accept entries from hotmail accounts though xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
