Hiding From Debt Collectors and Owning a Vehicle

I really wish people would actually read what I have said instead of making me repeat myself all of the time
- The difference in cost between coming to work in a car and on public transport is negligable
- I work 12 hour shifts night and days and public transport cannot get mke to work on all of these shifts meaning large taxi fares
- I cannot go bankrupt right now for as much as I would like to because my parents cannot afford to pay my debt that they have in their name. I couldn't give a stuff what the law is but I am not crapping on my parents and yes before you ask I am willing to crap on any other creditor.

I also have kids so it would be nice to have a car for them and to get to work when I can't get public transport. There isn't much cost difference between using public transport and driving to work if I get a banger.
If you can't get there by public transport at the times you work then that is totally reasonable reason. The cost of public transport is half the cost of petrol in some areas. Could you look at getting lifts and contributing to petrol money? I appreciate getting the kids about might be an issue but wouldn't it be great to get yourself out of debt so you can help them in the future?
P.S. what are you basing your transport costs on? Single fares or weekly tickets?Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0 -

I buy saver weekly tickets for bus, which I can get for say 70% of my shifts. The remaining 30% are either individual tickets for different bus companies and tram tickets to get there in a round about way or at other times when there is no public transport I have to get an expensive £15 each way taxi.0 -
Michael can you answer these questions for me please?
How much is the loan that your parents got for you for, how much are the monthly payments and how much remains on it?
Who are your debts to, just companies will do?
I am trying to think of options for you relating to your parents, PM me if you like0
