I haven't had baby oil splashed on painted wall - but I have had sunflower oil all up the kitchen wall! I wiped off as much as I could with kitchen paper, but it left a greasy mark - magic sponge took it off. but I used nearly a whole box of it! you don't say if its silk, emulsion or kitchen and bathroom paint! I had matt emulsion and it taught me a lesson - DONT use matt in kitchen!

It doesn't come of bathroom paint either.. I've sanded, repainted, scrubbed with every substance known to man and beast and it is still stained.

I clean my walls with washing detergent in warm water, shifts everything my toddler leaves behind. Our walls our white and were previously white so don't know if this will work without any colour fasting on coloured emulsions. Try a inconspicuous patch first maybe?
