Good luck everyone!

I was told my credit score when I got my AIP and then my mortgage advisor told me also. I am doing the full application today so fingers crossed!!

Just an update,

Just received a phone call from Halifax saying my mortgage has been successful and the offer is on it way in the post. I'm so exciting!!

From Valuation to offer: 12 Days

From application to Offer: 1 month

My advise to whoever is still waiting, is keep chase otherwise ur file is on the bottom of the queue.
