for those who didn't receive the email, in the request form there's an option at the end where they ask if you would like to receive other news, offers etc. from Dior (I presume sent to your email addy). Maybe you need to tick the option to say 'yes' and then the voucher gets sent to you?

Use an address where do you don't mind receiving spam messages just in case. The print out voucher will have your name on it.

have ticked it on all 3 email accounts but no voucher arrived...

ok thought i would give it one last go using yahoo instead of hotmail or blueyonder and way hey i got my voucher lol...thanks op it obviously just doesnt like hotmail or blueyonder accounts...

Yes, got mine yesterday, didn't even know i was early!!plus my first attempt with hotmail address, never got voucher, then did it with NTl account and it arrived!!

Thanks for the suggestion of trying a non-hotmail account. I too had tried 3 times with hotmail addresses but had received no coupons, though I did receive the junk mail!! I signed up with another account and received my coupon straight away.
