refunding to card?

Hi,

I bought some things from LaSenza online and when they arrived they were too small for me :( You have to pay to send them back to them so I thought I would just go over to the White Rose centre and take them back to the shop instead - will be cheaper, plus I've been told there's a Primark there now so I want to look in there. Hehe. I need to take my invoice with me (which I've got). Does it matter which card I give them to refund my money to or does it have to be the card I paid on?
Thanks,
Kate xx

aaah rite cheers. :) I'll have to defrost my card then. lol. My mate b*llocked me when she found out I'd bought more on my card and we wrapped our cards up and put them in water and froze them so we couldn't use them. She'll kill me when she finds out i'm defrosting it and taking it to a shopping centre!!!!

LOL, kittykate. Definately have to defrost then as they will only put the money back on the card you pad with.

Tell them your card you used has been reissued (stolen, lost etc) and you no longer have that card. Give them the card you want and tell them that is what they reissued you with.

They don't really care, they are just told protocol.
