Morning all
Hope you are enjoying the lovely weather today
Finally got some great news but need a little guidance
I have been offered work by a local company and I really want to go for it,
Only issue is they are not providing a basic salary and I will just be paid on completion of work almost like a commission only job,
Will the OR be happy with this? I'm worried that if I leave my current job which provides me a basic wage and then very small bonuses then OR will class it as reckless to throw away my basic rate.
Also I will be working as a sole trader, is this okay?
Thanks

The OR has no input or opinion on how you organise your working life.
They are not there to be judgemental.
They merely have to respond to your changing circumstances. No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
