Thank you to everyone, for your kind messages, it does mean a lot to me :grouphug:.

Since my last post, I fell asleep and rested for quite a while, it did me some good, I did not have the energy to do this 30 Minute comp, the pain and humidity (heat) is very draining, however I do feel a lot better

I hope you all the best of luck, and I hope we have a MSE winner for this, I can see these being very handy to make soups, smoothies and sauces!

I also hope you :A all take care and keep hydrated during this hot period.
