    Hi,

The childcare fees aren't because i work but i started her and really feel that i can't stop her going now as she has settled so well, after Christmas she will be entitled to free sessions.

Would it be possible to reduce her sessions at the current time? Means she wouldn't have to stop going, but would reduce the fees a bit. I've done this with my DS2 now that I'm on maternity leave...reduced his days at nursery, but he still gets to go, see his friends, play etc....

    Hi Gemzie,
The best way to procede is what you have done already offering your creditors £1 per month.Have you sent them your income and excpenditure.if not ask them for a form to fill all that in(it is not an SOA as the writters tell you, they seem to get this wrong all the time an SOA is different to income & excpendeture, similar but not the same)send it back and as long as there is no disposable income then they will except your offer, ask for three months. This will then give you some breathing space.I work in insolvency and are quite conversant with your situation. If you require any more help then drop me a line.
    kindest regards
