Like the poster above said, 106 and Park is an American show and most of the competitions they run cater to their American viewers.

Quite obviously a fake, look at the background of the official twitter page, the image is very clear and easy to read then look at 'joycesasselov' page and you'll notice the clarity is significantly worse.
Next how many tickets were actually meant to be won, because a lot of people seem to be winning tickets.
Finally looking on google there are many accounts with the same bio, offering the same prize, many of which the accounts have been suspended.
