Please Help Me!

Ok, im doing my own DMP- ive sorted out that i have £250 left over to pay my creditors and as all the credit cards are about the same amount ive just split it equally in three.

So, ive done my budget planner and ive got a template letter from debthelpline.co.uk..

Do i just send that off now and await the acceptance or refusals or do i need to put anything else in the envelope??

Thankyou!
