Should I complain to the ASA

I've been thinking about doing this as ive been waiting for a spa voucher since may with a company by one of the senior guys there, been told oh i emailed you it twice, but ive definitely never received anything. He keeps saying oh ill go check and never gets back to me.

I feel bad cos he does seem like a nice guy to speak to (before it descended into not emailing me my voucher) but at the same time. I want that voucher that i've won and they announced that i won it on twitter.

I'm just worried that if i do this i might never win anything with them again.

it may be worth going back to say you're giving them one more chance & then report as going on discussions in various comping groups it seems to be consensus to allow 3 months before reporting.
