I need a LCD TV to use as a PC Monitor

I'm trying to get parts for a new PC that I am going to build, and I am trying to get the best possible things, but the only place that seems to have cheap LCD TVs is Ebay. If anyone can find a cheap deal I would love to check it out

I want a TV that is:
*Widescreen
*Between 20" - 26" (because my Computer table is quite small)
*HD Ready
*PC Video Input(Preferably DVI, but VGA will do as I have a converter)
*PC Audio Input
*Black

My PC spec at the end will (hopefully) be:
2.4Ghz (Or 2.67Ghz if I can afford it) Quad-core Intel Processor
2x Nvidia 8800GTX 768MB (Or 1 depending on if I can get a good deal for 2)
Hard-Drive - Doesn't really matter to me I already have a 250GB one ready
4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 RAM PC2-5300 667Mhz - Already got these
Motherboard - Not sure yet, but it will have to have 4 RAM slots, and quite a few PCI-Express slots. I am thinking of getting one that I think was called "ASUS Striker".

I know it seems like a lot but, I kinda need it, I really want to get the Crysis game when it is released, but also my brother did a Automotive Design course at Uni which wasn't too good, but he learned the simple stuff from there and now he has self taught himself how to use 3DSMax which is very good, but takes a lot of processing power and rendering takes forever, I think it was something like 30 Mins for a 1 second animation.

Oh I forgot to put the reason, I thought I may as well get a LCD TV as a monitor and get rid of my PCTV card and it will cost about the same as a big TFT.
