So you've all heard the news about the 2DS right?

Released 12th October for £109.99 it is a dual screen, uncollapsable (cheaper and uglier!) version of the 3DS that can play all the same games, except it does not possess the 3d effect of the latter.

I was surprised to see this but I suppose not everyone is bothered about the 3d effect.

Bumping this thread as I'm looking to purchase a 3DS for my daughter. Will consider a 3DS XL (if there's a unmissable deal) or a new 2DS if need be
Seems like the £99 3DS Game & Blockbuster deals are gone.

Anyone seen any new deals out there?

Similar boat but Son really does not want a 2DS and to be honest i would prefer him having a clamshell one so screen doesnt get scratched when its left alone.

looking for a 3DS XL and cheapest i can find is £150 -New user £10 from Tesco -can anyone beat this?

Semms prices aren't the best right now as I am looking for myself.

Just going to leave it closer to xmas and see what happens.
