Sun lotion stain help!

Just gone to iron my new white top and noticed sun lotion stains visible. It's 95% cotton 5% elastaine. Any ideas how to remove the stain please.

Soaking in Milton solution has worked for me in the past. I suppose it might depend on what sun cream it is as to whether it works? Should be ok to try on a mostly cotton, white top. I've heard Napisan solution also works, but I've never tried it.
Good luck.

A little bit of fairy liquid on the stain works as it breaks down the grease in the sun cream. Then just wash as usual.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

If it's Riemanns, do not use bleach or any other chlorine based product - it turns the stained area pink (I know this from experience!). Soak overnight in a neat solution of Vanish pre wash liquid (or any other peroxide based solution) and then wash as normal. It may need repeat treatments.0
