Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong place but although it a techie issue it relates to my fav game.
I am addicted to Chefville on Zynga.com but I cannot run flash on my Samsung tablet, I get the message your device does not support Adobe Flash Player. Is there anyway around this?
Thanx guys xx

Although Flash isn't officially supported on newer versions of Android you can still install it if you get the .apk file to install it. You can get it from the first link in this thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1978681.
Be warned that although you can probably run the game most Flash games just do not work well on a touchscreen because a lot of actions have undesirable results such as scrolling the page and so on.0 -
It's better to go direct to the official site to get apps if you can, http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html with flash it is always important to have the latest version which is currently 11.1.115.69 for Android version 4.00

Thank you for your reply.
I tried it several ways without success but it was worth a try and I am very grateful for your help.
Think a new (older) tablet will have to go onto my wishlist, I understand some of the older tablets DO run Flash or the Blackberry Playbook does, maybe more research before I make a hasty purchase next time lol
Thanx again x0 -

This should do the trick, worked on my recently bought android tablet.0 -
Most tablets aren't powerful enough for these desktop games - ever noticed that the computer has to work pretty hard? So even if you do get flash installed, it could still run rubbish. You CAN use a mouse in Android which gets over the touch problem, but the real solution to this problem is a Chefville app if it exists...0

I bought the Puffin browser, that enables you to use flash on devices that don't have it installed.0
