Mortgage letter

Hi, my wife & I are going BR , the mortgage is with NRAM, it is in negative equity & we intend to include it in the BR, we cannot afford to continue with the repayments & not quite sure what to tell nram, can't seem to find a suitable template letter, any suggestions, also how long should would we have to find alternative accomodation? Thanks.

Ring them and simply explain the situation.0

You cannot include the mortgage in the bankruptcy. Or you can but they won't accept it.
They will repossess the house and you will need to moveDebt free as of 7.20am on 31st December 2012.
