Deed of Acknowledgement pre BR

Looking for a bit of advice on handing back my keys to the lender...
I have just moved into a rented flat, and am planning to hand the keys back to my main mortgage company (Barclays) in the next week or two. They have sent me a form to complete which i'm guessing constitutes a Deed of Acknowledgement.
It's pretty much certain i'll be declaring BR later this year.
I've had mixed advice on signing a DoA - some say it's OK to sign it before BR but not after. Any advice?

Before BR it should not be a problem at all. Always take some independent advice though.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
