GfK Media Usage Survey

Not sure if this is the right board, but there are threads about other survey sites on here.

Did anybody complete the in-depth Media Usage Survey for GfK for a week in May? It involved filling in a more detailed questionnaire for a week regarding TV programmes, radio stations and websites visited. The reward was a £5 Amazon voucher as well as 7 TV tickets and 7 Radio tickets for entry into the monthly prize draw.

The survey finished a couple of weeks ago, but I have heard nothing further from them and I haven't received the £5 voucher or the prize draw tickets. I have tried to contact them via email but it just bounces back.

Is anyone else in the same situation?

Yes! I completed this and last week did the final survey, which repeated the bit about the £5 amazon voucher. I assumed this'd be emailed to me as a voucher code, but as yet, nothing. Which is a shame because I've already decided what to spend it on!

Ive been doing the surveys this week, well i did 5 and cant be bothered to do any more thou lol.

That's odd, I completed mine on about 20th May. Maybe the survey runs for over a month - it's a bit irritating that I haven't been kept informed though.

I did this type of survey a couple of months ago. It took them over a month to send the voucher out. GFK are taking longer and longer to send these vouchers out. i am sure you will receive it soon

Hello, yes I did this too but haven't received my voucher yet and it's been quite a few weeks now. Which is annoying, as i've got another £5 voucher from a different survey site and so would have had £10 in total to put towards something! Fingers crossed it turns up soon!

(is it an e-voucher or does it arrive by post?)

Im doing it at the moment too, started last Tuesday, so think todays will be the last day - wont hold my breath for a quick delivery then!!!!

Mind you, the normal surveys i do each day (the smaller ones) ive won 2 £5 vouchers and each time they came in the notification email, so wonder why they arnt doing it that way for this survey!!!!

I did the week that covered the start of May. Still no voucher.
Sounds like other people are doing different weeks so maybe it'll be sent out once all weeks are completed.

I too did the one covering the start of May - I'm used to GfK taking ages to send out vouchers (and I'd guess since all the other vouchers I've ever had - I've been doing the TV questionnaire for over two years - have been emailed then they'll email this one).
