'digital generation' is it safe?

Apparently it's a 'super computer' i.e. software which goes on your machine and does...I don't know what. $1 a day passive income. I can't find a lot of info on it other then from blogverts (blog 'reviews' blatantly advertising without impartiality are getting annoying now). I have a phrase in the back of my mind...'if it smells like...then it probably is...'.

Does anyone have experience with this? I don't understand how they can afford to pay $1 a day but maybe it's a new/emergent way of earning? Yet, I could see there being genuine use for this sort of thing potentially.

Have any of you heard of other (legit) programmes like this? I know about bitcoin etc. Do you think they could have potential or we may see more of these types of things? My PC is on all day anyway so they would be ideal for me if I could find the right ones.

Yeah stay away if unsure and you can't find anything other than blog posts blatantly set up by the people behind the website themselves.

One legit program similar to this is the Digital Trends Panel (which has been posted on here before I believe), you install an extension onto your browser which monitors your web usage and they pay you £15 after 30 days of having it running, I think some people had a few problems getting the payment but there seems to be plenty of people who vouch for its legitimacy and have been paid, so its certainly worth doing and I think I'm coming up to the first payment now.

I'd steer clear, one should never install programs we don't trust, especially ones making offers of free money.

Could be the most polite botnet installer, could be a keystroke logger, could sit and when it spots your PayPal password quickly whiz it back to base. Who knows?

Thanks guys. I thought so but emotion took over.

Totally unrelated, what do people think about this? There has to be a catch surely? Watch his video, not the testimonals.

*Didn't want to make a new thread. I'll probably post a few random questions like this over time.

I haven't watched the video or read the testimonials, but I did scan throught the first part of the text for a few second. So here are my first thoughts.

This guy is looking to make affiliate commissions from when you sign up to casinos, and that is probably the only money he will make from it.

Looking at how it works, and I may have this wrong as I was speed reading.

You bet $1 and get $2 if you win.

If you lose you bet $2 next time, and if you win you get $4, but you have bet $3 so are only making $1.

If you lose you bet $4 next time and if you win you get $8, but you have bet $7, 1 then 2 then 4 = $7, so you win $1

If you lose you bet $8 next time and if you win you get $16, but you have bet $15, 1 then 2 then 4 then 8 = $15.

If you lose you bet $32 next time and if you win you get $64, but you have bet $63, 1 then 2 then 4 then 8 then 16 then 32 = 63 so you gain $1.

Are you beginning to see a pattern?

    1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048

It won't take long until you are betting thousands of dollars to try to win $1.

If you ask me it's one of those "scams" that sound good at first glance, but fall apart on further investigation.
  • It will be adjacking software, you wont see google ads you'll see his adsense ads and so forth.

I should also add that you would not get away with that for very long if you did try it. You may lose more times than you win, but you will come out $1 up each "session". The bookies will spot that easily and ban you, probably just after you have had a big loss.

Bookies like the occasional winner as it encourages others to gambol, but they do not like people who come out winning every time, even if it is only $1.

The download links take you to the real casino sites to download the real casino software. However, they go via a page on his site that redirects you to the casino site via his affiliate link.

The 1, 2, 4, 8 etc doubling down after a loss is known as a martingale - you come up £1 up every single time as long as you can always double down and there is no table limit. There is always a table limit, this is why.
  • Back to the drawing board then. Thanks again.

'Martingale' - good to know too.
