How much for party help?

Not sure if this is the best board for this question, but will give it a try.
I am going to throw a "special" party, about 50/60 people at my home. I'll do all the food etc. with family help. However, in order to concentrate on the guests, I thought I'd like a bit of help with generally making sure drinks are topped up, clearing stuff away, making sure cans & bottles go in bins etc. etc.
A couple of teenagers (14,15) often help at our church "dos" and would, I think, be ideal. I know them & their parents, but they are not in the circle that would be invited.
Obviously given their ages it would be an informal request for help, but I would of course give them something - about 8-10 hours' work all told; they can easily take breaks.
Does anyone know how much would be fair?
I was trying to extrapolate on what I earned in similar situations nearly 50 years ago but can't make it work!!!
Thanks in advance

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. I would pay 5 per hour paid at then end of the evening once all cleared up plus either take them home or pay for a reputable taxi firm to do so.
You could pay less e.g. minimum wage for their age group but they would be getting the tips they would see if they were waiting tables in a cafe or similar.
I would also have a check list for the end of the night that they tick off so they know exactly what is expected of them.Trying to make the money last the month.0
