Guess you're gonna be a bizzy gal NME

Joking apart, a lot of that won't be relevant but it's a good "working guide".
We've moved twice in the last six months and didn't really have any problems, apart from losing the original Graduation photo of our Eldest Daughter - where the heck that went is anybody's guess. We'd brought 4 children up in that house and lived there for 15 years and the amount of stuff in the false roof was awesome.

hi my freind is in a bit of a mess he has just brought a place but cant aford it has tryed renting it out but the rent he will get for it is less than his mortage
and he cant sell it as he will owe the mortage company 6 thousand pounds for ending his mortage early
he wants to go bankrupct and hand the keys back to the morgage company but not sure how to do it what he dosnt want is the flat to become reposesed and be sold and be chased for the short fall in his mortage after he has become bankrupct he is up to date with his mortage so far but is having to use credit cards to live
the best thing is for him to give it all up and start again but what is the best way to get rid of the flat and for the short fall to be inculded in his bankrupcty any ideas thanksi cant slow down i wont be waiting for you i cant stop now because im dancing0 -

Hey nomoreexcuses,
I am so sorry for all the !!!! you are going through. Life really can be !!!!!!!! sometimes.
I totally sympathise with how overwhelming everything is atm.
I just wanted to say that if you were my friend I would be recommending that you just focus on one thing at a time, and that at all times you maintain lots of lists.
Try to focus on the move. Get the kids settled. Try to eat well and rest as much as possible.
Once you have moved in, collate all paperwork. Sit down over a weekend and try to work out everything. If you are actually going bankrupt, don't bother paying anything, (although I am not sure about the council tax, after you have moved in post on the bankruptcy forum).
Once you have moved in as well make a list of all the new house problems. You have the law on your side with regard to gas checks etc.
I know it doesn't seem like it, but in 3-6 months everything will be sorted. Try not to think too far ahead. Just take one day at a time.0
