Csa challenge

I am a female who pays the CSA a ridiculous amount of money to the CSA every month, even though my son's father is on every disability benefit available while he runs a pub! Does anybody have any advice on how to start a petition type thing to unite other parents in the same position?
Surely other people must feel they work for no reason too. I can totally understand why people take their own lives because of the CSA.
I don't doubt that such an organisation should exist but surely every case should be assessed on an individual basis?
Background to my case apart from above is: split from ex, he kept my son, I signed over the house and all its contents to act as my son's future, his part of the agreement was to take it ! and not seek child support money. This was all stamped & passed through Scottish court.
CSA step into the picture 3 years later and say they have right to overturn the agreement but I cant claim half the house back? How is this at all possible?

You dont pay money to the CSA. You pay money to benefit the upbringing of your son.
Why would you want to start a petition to not contribute towards your sons upbringing?
You work to enhance your and your sons life. You seriously think taking your own life and leaving your child motherless is more appealing then paying what is legally and morally due?
Organisations like the CSA exist as there are, sadly, people like you who don't appear to want to LEGALLY and MORALLY support their children.
Court orders last for 1 year. Maybe you should have researched more throughly?0 -

I agree with your point that each case should be assessed individually, and from my own experience the CSA don't really take everything into account properly, and mistake upon mistake are made. When i first had the csa set upon me by my ex, it felt like my life was over. I wanted to pay for my kids and i wanted to see them and be a dad for them, but all the csa did was drive us apart.
At the moment i am working and still paying them, i support my kids with my ex and my new partners kids. My new partners ex gets away with paying a fiver a week (or whatever the minimum is) it really is a !!!! take.0 -
You could take legal action to recover the money originally used as settlement, as the CSA cannot open a claim unless asked, which would be by your ex.
This being teh case, then he has breached the original order and you may well have a very good claim, so speak to a solicitor...0 -

If 15% of your income is a "ridiculous amount of money", you must be on a very good salary.
If you think your ex is claiming benefits fraudulently, you can always report him.0 -
Thanks for replies, Kevin 137 appears to understand the situation so thanks again.
Ref Shoe Diva's comments - I believe the point of an online forum is for people in the situations to share experiences and hopefully help each other. I posted the comments hoping for just that. I don't see the point of people like you coming on with your OPINION which clearly nobody is interested in! You seem to want to post replies on every CSA topic ?
I'm guessing you either work for the CSA or a bitter female who's ex partner is now enjoying life !
Signing out now - good luck with YOUR sad life !0 -

You cant like all opinions you asked for. Your post is pretty outrageous and Im just sorry I dont have popcorn to watch you in your quest!
I have 15 years of experience with the CSA on both CSA1 as a PWC and as a NRPP on CSA2. Luckily my life is neither sad or my attitude bitter.
Out of the 5 points I made, 3 of them are fact. 1 is my own opinion (about contemplating suicide) and the other a genuine question of why you wouldnt want to support your child.0
