1. To enter the “Competition”, users must like the Heinz Beanz UK Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/heinzbeanz),complete the form within the Facebook application ‘1 Minute Beanz’ and then play the game to complete their entry. In complete entries will not be entered into the Competition. You can play the game multiple times but only need to register once. Multiple registrations from a single entrant will deem all affected entries invalid.


2. Entry is open to UK residents, aged 18 or over except employees and their families of H.J. Heinz Foods UK Company Ltd and each of its affiliate companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this Competition (“1Minute Beanz”) on the Heinz Beanz UK Facebook Page.


3. The Competition starts at 10.00am on Monday 8th July 2013 and ends at 5.00pm on Friday 2nd August 2013 (the “Competition Period”).


4. All registrations through third parties, agents orautomated entries will also be deemed invalid.


5. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.


6. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to H.J. Heinz Foods UK Ltd and not to Facebook.


7. Information regarding personal data, which is provided by you when you submit your entry, will be processed in a database for the purpose of managing this competition. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these ‘Terms and Conditions’ or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from H.J. Heinz Foods UK Ltd or a third party then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.


8. By signing up to the application, users agree that the name they register with will be the name that appears on the leaderboard. This will show the highest scorers of all those who play the game during the entire campaign period.

9. Entrants who sign up to this Competition via the sign up form on the landing page of '1 Minute Beanz’ and play the ‘1 Minute Beanz’ game that week, will be entered into the relevant weekly prize draw to win 1 x Heinz Beanz apron and 1 x Heinz Beanz Snap Pots. 10 winners will be selected at random by a computer each Friday at 5.00pm during the Competition Period (40 prizes in total). Draws will be held on Friday 12th July,Friday 19th July, Friday 26th July and Friday 2ndAugust.


10. Winnerswill be selected from the total number of valid entries that week during the entire campaign period, 10.00am on Monday 8thJuly – 5.00pm on Friday 2nd August. Each user can play the game multiple times every week but they will only be entered into the prize draw once per week for the opportunity to win a Heinz Beanz apron and Heinz Beanz Snap Pots.




Secondary prize draw – x 3 Microwaves (Swan SM2090 800-watt Solo Microwave – blue)


11. Entrants who sign up to this competition via the sign up form on the landing page of ‘1 Minute Beanz’ and play ‘1 MinuteBeanz’ during the campaign period, successfully completing all five levels within just one minute per level, will be entered into the secondary prize drawto win 1 x blue microwave (Swan SM2090 800-watt solo microwave). A total of three winners for the secondary prize draw will be selected at random, by a computer during the Competition Period (8thJuly – 2nd August) to win a microwave and notified by email.


12. Both the weekly prize draw winners and winners of the secondary prize draw will each receive their prize by Royal Mail 1st class delivery within 28 days of receiving the congratulations email.


13. There is no cash alternative and prizes will only be given to the official winners. Prizes cannot be transferred. Our decision as promoter is final and we reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.


14. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) disqualify any entrant which the Promoter believes has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) use the samemethod to select an alternative winner in respect of any prize they may have won.

15. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible,corrupted or damaged. Proof of entering data to the application does not constitute proof of receipt.


16. If an entrant is chosen as a winner, the individual agrees for their email to be used as point of correspondence for Heinz Beanz UK.


17. Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity. By entering the promotion, winners agree to use of their name and image should the Promoter request that participate in promotional activity.

Just to check I'm reading it correctly, would fellow MSErs concur that you only need to enter once for the Microwave draw rather than weekly?
