I had been in receipt of a topup payment from the PPF for about a year, the balance being paid by the trustees/administrators of the winding up scheme of which I was a member. This topup was paid regularly on time. When the scheme was finally wound up and the PPF took over the full payment four months ago, I have had to contact them each month to remind them to pay me, it's almost three weeks since the last due payment. Is there anything I can do, other than just continue to email them each month?
