He's away! Well he's made it to a birdbox which is a start and means he safe from the cats and can fly.

I know what you mean about McD's. I often feel sick after one and vow never to buy another one, a week later I am back eating them

Its been an odd week this week, I've felt pretty out of it and not myself. I've decided this has been a stutter. Today is the first day I feel like I've come out of the fog. I'm going to sign up a new name and have a fresh start with a fresh diary a proper plan and feel positive from the beginning. I AM going to learn to be a proper grown up and I'm going to feel good about it too.0
