Hello!
Can someone explain me few things about this scheme?
- "After five years it will attract a fee of 1.75%, which will rise annually by RPI inflation plus 1%."
what does it means exactly? Can someone give me an example?
House Price: £300,000
Share price: £240,000
Equity loan: £60,000
Deposit needed: £15,000
Mortgage: £225,000
- ALSO
you are not allowed to rent your house, this is a rule till you pay back your Equity loan or for the full length of the mortgage?
thanks
