    Don't know what I am doing wrong. I follow everything down to the "press select" to choose an option from list, then nothing happens.

    Mine kept saying "Going online..." but never did anything... Then it said there was a problem establishing an on-line connection.

    just done it, thanks very much to OP!! i have been looking for a white sharpie pen forever in the UK for use with scrapbooking but any colour is a great freebie!

    Mine came today - after only ten days! Came with a 50p off voucher for another one too. Hubby is really pleased cos it's a blue one and he was convinced they'd send us one in brown or something. :D
