I,ve made some recurrent jelly,jam. Have made it before but this time it hasn't set. Don't no where I,ve gone wrong. It tastes delicious but is too runny.
Wondering whether it can be "saved" any ideas you clever people. Thank you in anticipation.

I`m not sure how to get it to set, but if you can`t just bag it in little portions and freeze, then you`d still be able to use it in recipes or with meat. (I don`t have this dilemma with my redcurrants as the birds always beat us to it!)0

You need to re-boil it, put some lemon juice (real not from a bottle) or a chopped cooking apple in, give it a really good boil. You will have to re sterilise the jars, but it should set this way0

Yes if I,m not careful the birds get to mine first as well. But there is usually enough for us and the birds. I always leave them a few.
I,m lucky I picked 4lbs and it hasn't even made a dent in the bush.
