Replacement hose Weber Q100

Not sure if this is the right page to post this but I'm trying to find a replacement hose for a Weber Q100 bbq.

The hose has started to crumble so I cannot use it until its replaced. On my old BBQ the length of hose was connected to the BBQ at one end and the regulator at the other with jubilee clips so it was easy to replace the hose myself. However, this one seems to have a connector at each end with a nut on it so I'm assuming its some sort of sealed unit and you have to replace it all and not just the hose.

I have found a replacement to connect it to a large propane cylindar but I want one like the original to connect it to a small portable cylinder.

My bbq is Patio Gas so not sure about the propane couplings or the difference between portable cannister couplings and normal size cannister couplings.

Thanks. The ones on Amazon are to fit a large gas bottle, I want one the original one that fits disposable bottles. I can buy directly from Weber but they want £50 as they supply it as a whole assembly - all I want to do is replace the pipe but the end that connects to the BBQ has a fitting that looks like its sealed to the pipe so I cannot remove it and fit to a new pipe.

There was a caravan dealership who had all the connectors etc. so could make up these sorts of things at a reasonable price, but they shut down a few years ago.

Just have to keep searching for another place like that and see if they can make on up for me.
