The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is working on a project around voluntary home repossessions – where homeowners, for a variety of reasons, hand back the keys to their houses rather than (or in advance of) being forced to do so.
It has asked research company ESRO to carry out some research to better understand what home owners have been through, and how they ended up making the decision to hand back the keys.
If you’re happy to take part in the research – which will remain confidential and anonymous – and you fit the following situation:
If you’re chosen to take part you’ll be given £100.

Hi there,
My name is Becky Rowe - I'm a researcher at ESRO. We are still very much looking for participants for this project - so if you have surrendered a property or handed back the keys then please do contact walkaways@esro.co.uk.
The project is for the Financial Conduct Authority and is helping them to develop new policy in this area. As a participant you will receive a £100 cash incentive as a thank you for your time.
All the best,
Becky0
