Please help asap - bloody forms!

How complicated?!!!

Anyway, I need your help URGENTLY as these forms need to be tip top by the morning when I'm off to make my 3 copies. (Why they need 3 anyway?)

Issue #1: I had an ISA worth about £700. I wrote and asked for it to be cashed in so I could put it towards my fees. The cheque has been delayed because the dozy sods want to see proof that I have changed my name. (I haven't!) Anyway, point being, it isn't here yet, so it isn't cash in my hand, it's probably in some sort of account limbo, but as far as I can see there's nowhere on the form that asks about it. I want to mention it somewhere as it's blatantly obvious I've been putting £40pm into it, so it's not like the OR's going to miss it. But where should I mention it?!

Issue #2. As you may know I live with my boyfriend in his house which he has owned for 6 years. I've been here under 3. It's not in my name and it can't really be shown that I've ever really contributed (for a brief period I paid £400pm but that was for less than a year out of the 3. I think I'd be pretty unlucky to be seen to have a beneficial interest. But here's the thing, when the guy from the CAB went through the forms with me, you know there's that page where they ask if there's any property in which you may have a beneficial interest? He ticked yes and filled it in!

I'm not 100% happy about this and I'm thinking I should tippex that out because as far as I'm concerned I don't have a beneficial interest. Do you think that this is the right thing to do?

Please please help!!

Regards the ISA, there is room in Q 3.1 Section 4 to put in "Money owed to you".

EDIT: Plus include it in the list of accounts you have held in the last two years. Thanks Dither :)

I'm no good with the 'Beneficial Interest' issues. :(

Yes. If the OR thinks there might be some BI when they look at your circumstances they will investigate and work it out anyway, whether you have put anything on that question or not.

No point reminding them of it if even you're not sure. You can always plead innocence if they question it.

cheers, that's what I thought. I'm not entirely confident that my fella at the CAB new exactly what he was on about. He spent most of the time off asking other people what they thought about it!

I took three copies along, all three where checked and stamped, the court kept two and gave me one copy for reference.

Looks like different courts have different procedures ??
