Can a bankrupt open up a savings account? i know that the three banks that provide basic bank accounts but are there any that let you open one up a savings account with a small deposit and small monthly deposits there after?
your not aasking for credit so does anyone know?

you need a nationwide account to open up a savings account with them though. i have aplied but havent heard back yet.0

It seems a good idea to have some savings incase they are needed, so can't see any reason why you couldn't have one.Barclaycard 3800

Nationwide have an e-savings account that runs alongside the basic Flex account.
