Yep it was easy to make - I ended up putting it in the freezer for a bit as I used 250g of white choc and lighter cream cheese so it didn't necessarily have the fat to firm it up so much. In the fridge now (what's left of it) and looking good. I reckon you could make the mousse without the base and have it with meringue like an eton mess.

I'm not sure you could necessarily eat as much as you liked when we were kids, but we prob all got away with it - and it took less to make us feel sick anyway :rotfl:

Gosh FT and CW you were both up early this morning. I was up early but doing housework before it gets too hot. Done a little gardening too, but now come back to do the ironing that has dried. Got 1 room in the house that the sun hasn't reached yet, so ironing in there.

I dont think i could do housework that early.Kudos m'dear.I have resorted to a desk fan for my cooling needs

Unfortunatly no choice here between the heat waking me and study stress making my brain go ping I have the mega insomnias at the moment so been waking up at about 4.30 every day.Got lucky today crawled back to my bed at 7 :j

I usually use photobucket app on my iPhone/iPod just snap pic upload to photo bucket then copy the image link and paste into your reply. Has to be easy for me to do it lol
