Hi CW. Wow that has been a very long time now. Have they said if it will heal totally and not be so sensitive? Can't believe all that he has gone through with it, bet next time he will not be so brave and get checked asap.

    Thanks Blue

the hospital discharged him and told him to put up with it and hopefully it will get easier in time.

I just wish he had gone to hospital when it happened but everyone tells you the hospital don;t do anything for a broken toe. We found out the hard way what happens when you listen to that piece of info.

PM that sounds nasty, sounds like you might need antibiotics if it's in your chest.

Thanks for the digit wishes everyone, it's getting better, been under wraps for the past few days but I'm starting to feel a bit more comfortable trying to use it, nothing major, just holding a cup etc. fingers crossed I'll be back at pole next week.

Weather a real mixed bag here, one min sunny the next chucking it down with rain....so glad I put the washing out to dry today....not

Kerri glad your healing well. The weathers crazy, my holder cat got caught in the hail and bricked it.she experienced her first cat fight earlier aswell eek.

For some reason illness always goes to my chest and makes it so hard to breath.

    Good morning guys

PM - hope your feeling better today. Keep warm and dry and keep drinking plenty of fluids. If its a chest infection you might need antibiotics hun.

Well its sunny today (so far) but boy did it rain and thunder and lightning last night. Better stay dry, want to put some washing out.

    Morning cw and all

Still not feeling any better :( I spent far to long on anti biotics that I'm pretty iminune to them. I just hope my body gets on top of it soon, ribs are killing from coughing so much.

Lots of fluids PM, reast and keep warm. Honey and lemon is soothing, and peppermint tea is supposed to be a good decongestant and soothe sore throats. Try upping your vitamin c as well, either fruit or supplements.

A hot steamy bath will relax you and help loosen some of the phlegm too. Put something nice in it, even peppermint tea bags (sounds silly but my mum bought me some bath tea bags from whittards one Xmas, they were pretty much a large tea bag with an infusion in it that you steeped in your bath to make it smell nice) and plenty of kitty cuddles, they do actually help you feel better xx
