Good Morning. Hope everyone is ok. I think winter is well and truly here now as I put the heating on briefly yesterday
I went looking for some reduced halloween chocs on Saturday but the shops seem to either have not overstocked much or not reduced them. Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I've been away for a couple of days visiting Adoreholiday and Drwho. Adoreholiday cooked me a lovely lamb shank in her slow cooker, meant to get the recipe. I have put my order in for it again when I visit. It went lovely with a couple of bottles of Cobra beer.
I came home to a parcel thanks CW :beer::beer::beer:Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Glad the parcel arrived BW, I did wonder if it would fit through the letterbox, so looks like it did thank goodness. lol.
Lamb done in a slow cooker sounds lovely, bet it was really tender and tasty, yum yum.

Fitted through nicely thanks CW. The lamb just fell off the bone and the gravy with it was delicious. I doubt any restaurant could have cooked it better. I really only use my slow cooker for stews, going to have to try different things in it I think as not getting the use out of it I should/could reallyBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
